I received great feedback on this project from old-fashioned e-mail and from Twitter. The tweets came in as Replies to the announcement, as tweets from people just venting, and as Direct Messages. It’s so much easier to improve things when feedback is so honest and fluid. In the end, it made for a better product. And happier MinnPost readers. Win/Win.
