This happens so often now. I find myself skipping twitter these days because posting tweets timeout, or a refresh of the timeline takes forever, or some sort of data retrieval problem. It happens more when I use the Twitter app for iPhone, or the Twitter client for Mac (like the screengrab above) – the desktop website seems to work better when a twitter client hitting the API does not. The problem is, of course, I don’t always have access to a desktop when I like to use Twitter.
