We stopped by the Midtown Farmer’s Market after taking the family to the YWCA across the street, and I had to stop to check out this awesome customized electric truck that Go Green Beans is using for their mobile coffee business.
Tara (pictured above) and Tim (below) chatted with me a little about it – they call it the “Zap-uccino”; it’s a modified Zaptruck. That’s pretty cool on its own, but the detail work is very cool, too – check all the custom woodwork and chalkboard installation. Nicely done!
I had an iced mocha on my mind, but I ran out of cash buying my kids yummy treats at the farmer’s market, and unfortunately the Farmers Market credit-card-for-tokens machine was not working today. But Tim offered to give me an iced mocha, because I said I was going to blog about their awesome van! How cool is that?
I’ll consider it a loan and I’ll be paying up when I pick up another mocha next week. By the way, it was an excellent mocha – best I’ve had in a while. I highly recommend you buy one. Be sure to blog or twitpic a photo of the Zap-uccino. The coolest coffee truck I’ve seen.
