If you lift a photo from a major media site then give them credit for the photo, you’re in the clear, right? CityPages’s Emily Kaiser seems to think so.
What if the photo is actually an AP photo? The AP is cool with people lifting their photos, right?
Sure, the AP sues artists for works based off their photos, so how likely is it that they’d have a problem with commercial media sites using their work for free? LOL.
