I did not realize the Minneapolis cop-shop had a middle courtyard sort of opening.

Update: Funny, my friend Kendra reminds me this is actually City Hall. I’ve always called this building the “cop-shop” because there are always cop cars and cruisers double or triple parked all around the building.
