Green Bay Packers’ Charles Martin body-slams Chicago Bears’ Jim McMahon in 1986. Martin was ejected from the game and suspended for two games. He’s dead. The injury to McMahon ended his season.

That’s a terrible terrible choice by Martin. A friend of mine (a Bear’s fan) posted this video to his facebook page, titled, “Today in General Packers Asshatness”. Indeed. We wondered where Martin ended up after all these years, and my friend speculated he was probably in jail. But he found out he had died of kidney failure. Good grief.
