It’s less than a week away now! The first Fargo Fest is happening Thursday, September 29th in Fargo-Moorhead! And it is about time! This past year it has been great to see the community finally embrace the award-winning film that brought so much attention to this region. We’ve especially gone a little wood chipper crazyaround these parts too. Of course we brought you the “stunt double” and the original movie prop to the F-M as a permanent display at the area’s visitor center. The Maple River Winery created a special “wood chipper wine” and now the Fargo Brewing Company has released their “wood chipper IPA.”
And now to top it all off we are holding the first ever Fargo Fest. An event to celebrate the movie ‘FARGO’. The goal is to make this an annual event. So far it is looking good that we can make that a reality. There has been a lot of interest already as to what this whole “Fargo Fest” thing is going to be all about. It’s an OUTDOOR movie event with one of the film’s biggest stars, the wood chipper!
