My 7YO, walking to school this a.m.: “I’m really cold.”
Me: “Those thin nylon athletic pants don’t cut it when it’s 35 degrees. You need some denim jeans.”
7YO: “I don’t like wearing jeans. I can’t do the splits in those.”
Me: “Well. I guess there is that problem.”
