It\u2019s almost as if\u00a0<em>The New York Times<\/em>\u00a0is equating itself with a business trying to function in a capitalistic society.\u201d In a statement released last Thursday, the newspaper\u2019s publisher Arthur Ochs Sulzberger, Jr. said, \u201cIf this fails, I\u2019d honestly rather<em>The New York Times<\/em>\u00a0not exist in a world where people are unwilling to pay the
