It started last night when I tried using the new feature where you can take a photo while the phone is locked.<\/p>\n<p>I took a photo, then tried to view the photo and got a message that I can&rsquo;t view the photo because my phone is locked &ndash; that&rsquo;s a good security feature, of course, because you don&rsquo;t want someone to be able to view all your photos.<\/p>\n<p>But then the camera app crashed when I tried to unlock the phone. I was able to unlock the phone and relaunch the photo app, but it seems like the Photos database is corrupt. I can still take photos, but weird things happen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The thumbnails are wrong &ndash; click on the thumbnail and it&rsquo;s actually a different photo.<\/li>\n<li>The thumbnail for one photo is used for other photos, too.<\/li>\n<li>The thumbnails are just all BLACK or just all WHITE<\/li>\n<li>A few photos have been completely BLACK when viewed on the phone. When I downloaded them to iPhoto, the photos were just fine.<\/li>\n<li>When I try to upload a pic to Instagram or Tumblr, it&rsquo;s either the low-resolution thumbnail that gets uploaded, or selecting the photo crashes the app outright.<\/li>\n<li>Sometimes, when I click to &lsquo;email&rsquo; the photo or &ldquo;delete&rdquo; the photo, I get a message &ldquo;Saving Photo&rdquo; (see screengrab above) WUT?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Very disappointing.
