Does that mean I won&rsquo;t get a credit? <\/li>\n<li>As I understand the <a href=\"http:\/\/instagram.com\/legal\/terms\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Instagram TOS<\/a>, my Instagram photos belong to me. So how does using the hashtag &ldquo;#<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gramfeed.com\/instagram\/tags#TIMEwireless\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TIMEwireless<\/a>&rdquo; allows TIME to assume rights?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Too many questions.
